The FT8340 Series is a high-precision, multi-channel, dual-quadrant programmable battery simulator designed for BMS and consumer electronics ATE testing. Built in a compact 2U, 19-inch chassis, it features up to 12 electrically isolated channels that support both current charge and discharge. Equipped with 1μA-level measurement precision, active/passive BMS balancing support, and integrated fault simulation (A series), it optimizes testing workflows and replaces extra switch matrix hardware.

Key Features
-
Voltage & Current Capability: Offers flexible voltage options (±5V/±6V/±15V/±20V) and current ranges up to ±10A, with high-precision uA-level measurement for static power consumption testing.
-
Isolated Multi-Channel Design: Up to 12 electrically isolated channels per single unit (2U rack design), allowing convenient series connection for higher voltage testing.
-
Seamless Bidirectional Switching: Functions as both a source and load to support active/passive BMS balancing tests, battery simulation, and charge/discharge testing.
-
Integrated Fault Simulation (A Series): Simulates battery offline conditions, short circuits, and reverse polarity directly via software without external matrix switches.
-
High Precision & Connectivity: Features low drift (<25ppm/°C), an independent DVM channel (A series), professional analysis software, and dual Ethernet/RS485 control interfaces.
